I asked my friend Lovely Grey if she might be able to make me an outdoor plaque with a triple hare on it one day. A couple of years later and here we are...complete with the tinner's rabbits as they are known in Devon where she lives. I absolutely love it and amazingly she refused to let me pay her as she said it's a gift. I was gobsmacked. What an utterly gorgeous present...how lucky am I! She incorporates a 💓 into every piece she makes. The beer is most definitely on me next time we meet which I hope will be tomorrow if the trains are not playing silly beggars after the latest day of industrial action [that is not intended as a personal comment on the strikes by the way!]. Hope everyone has a peaceful weekend.

DeleteThat is so sweet. You sent me right off to google the symbolism behind the three hares. I learn so very much from reading blogs. Thanks, Aril!
