Roadblock



This was the best picture I could get of this unremarkable block of concrete. The path running in front of it was very narrow and the traffic heavy and fast. Really I just crossed the road to read the sign. Mr GBT is used to me darting off like this if I notice something and want to investigate further. It send a shiver down my spine...

  1. We have the ground anchors, across the main street and up a side street in our village, left over from the huge concrete tank 'traps' the villagers put up as a last resort.
    It is a sobering thought, because, if it came to pass they were used in anger, our home would have fallen...
