Travelling In Style
Normally I meet Arty L outside the station in Surbiton and have only ever given it the most cursory of glances. This time however, I'd managed to get on the fast train so arrived a little early. This gave me the perfect opportunity to drink in this beautiful Art Deco grade two listed building. Functionality at its most elegant.

This was so fun seeing this. My daughter lived in Surbitan when she went to school outside of London. We took a tube and then a train to this station to meet her. I noticed how interesting the station was then, but didn't get any good pictures. She and her film crew sued the station for background scenes in their group final masters project before they went they all worked on their individual final projects. Thanks for the good memory.
