Rainbow

We are spotting lots of hand drawn rainbows appearing in windows as we take our permitted evening perambulation. I pondered about putting one in our window, but then I remembered I already have this which was rather out of sight...I changed its position so that it now hangs in our kitchen window. Am really enjoying the play of light as it catches the sun streaming in.

  1. very pretty. I see you are a crochet fan, like me. I have just crocheted some forsythia flowers and attached them to twigs. Quite realistic.Look nice in the sunshine on my kitchen windowsill. Easy to make. The free pattern was from Lazy Daisy Jones, spring blossom. You might fancy making some. Easy and quick. I enjoy reading your blog.

    1. How lovely. Sadly I only knit and have never learnt to crochet. Somebody else made the bird for me. Arilx

    1. They are done to cheer people up and for children to spot when they go out for their permitted daily exercise with their parents. You put them in your front windows. ARilx

Tracking down the track.

We've both been enjoying catching up with Professor Alice Roberts [Mr GBT never needs an excuse to watch any programme featuring her!] ...
