New Year's Eve
As ever I am a New Year's Resolutions free zone. I've got a few quiet goals in mind, but I'm here to enjoy the quietness and stillness that January has to offer. The January Blues will soon get sent away with a flea in their ear if they come knocking on my door. So that just leaves me to wish one and all a very Happy New Year. See you on the other side!

Both are good visuals to keep in mind heading into a new year. It's easy to bemoan January wit the cold, and here the snow and more snow, but this is the time that the northern half of the earth is resting above, but as you imply, partying down below. Now I wish I would have attempted to plant more bulbs in the fall. What an underground party they might be having.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year Sam!

ReplyDeleteThank you Hawthorn Spellweaver. I made a conscious decision to enjoy January last year rather than dread it.
