Yoga
In my time I have dabbled with yoga. When I first had my son it was my chance to have a small window of me time for an hour and a half every Wednesday morning. He went into the creche downstairs whilst I relaxed in my class.
At the present time I don't go to yoga. However, I am rather taken with this suggestion for a Friday night version and could be seriously tempted!
