Christmas Advent Scavenger Hunt 5th December

Angel


I took this photo because I am sure that I have never seen a completely blue angel before [Blue Nun wine yes but then that's a completely different story!]. Located in one of the side chapels in King's College Chapel, Cambridge.

    I wonder if there is a story behind the ‘blue angel’. I’ve never noticed a completely blue angel before, not that I’ve really looked, but I will be now.

      I'm afraid I can't shed any light on it. They were a series of windows with unrelated fragments set in them.

    Lovely .. yes, Blue Nun has caused quite a few tales to be told ... I wonder is it still sold

      Yes it is. The wine is not my taste, but I do so like the blue bottle it comes in!
